Who can become a buyer?

Any professional can become a buyer, including companies, tradespeople, associations, independent professionals, self-employed individuals, administrations and works councils. Rungis Market is not open to the public.

 

How do I create a Rungis Buyer’s card?

You can create your Rungis Buyer’s card entirely online by completing each of the steps in the procedure online:

Procedure:
1 – Complete the form to create your account
2 – Then log in to the My Rungis Customer Area

  • Submit your supporting documentary evidence online.
  • Choose your card types and the number of entries you require and pay online.
  • Your new cards will be sent to you by post and must then be activated via the Customer Area.

You will need to have the following supporting documents available in digital format in order to create your records:

  • Your bank details
  • The log book for the vehicle entering the Market
  • Both sides of the manager’s ID document

How do I top up my Buyer’s card?

You can top up your Buyer’s card directly via the My Rungis Customer Area.

Simply follow these steps to top up your card via the Customer Area:

  • Click on the Top up icon that displays when you hover over the card you wish to top up.
  • State the number of entries required.
  • Your basket will be automatically updated and you can then make your payment by credit or debit card.
  • Your new credit balance will be displayed in real time.

 

How do I report a Buyer’s card that has been lost?

Should your card get lost or stolen you can block it directly via the My Rungis site. Within the Customer Area click on the Block icon to block your card.

You will then need to contact the Rungis Accueil reception desk team so that they can cancel your old card and issue a new one (for which you will need to pay a card creation fee).

How do I renew my Buyer’s card?

You can renew your records via the Customer Area. Within the Customer Area simply click the Renew button and complete the various steps in the procedure online.

You will need to have the following supporting documents available in digital format in order to renew your records:

  • An extract from the trade and companies register dated within the past 3 months (or the equivalent, depending on your legal status)
  • The manager’s ID document
  • Power of attorney and the buyer’s ID document if the buyer is not the manager
  • The log book for the vehicle entering the Market
  • Bank details, along with payment of the renewal fee.
